1. Kit purchases

Kits are digital goods. If a kit does not work as described, or you cannot get it running with the install steps provided, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you or help fix it. We may decline refunds when a kit clearly matches its description and demo and the files have been used extensively.

When a purchase is refunded, your access to that kit (and, for a bundle, the kits inside it) is removed, and the seller’s payout for that sale is reversed.

2. GetKits Pro membership

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first membership payment. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable; if you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of a renewal and we will review it in good faith.

3. Seller listing fees

The one-time listing fee is non-refundable once a kit has been published, except where we unpublish a kit because of our own error.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected]from the address associated with your account and include the kit name or order reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
