It ended 37 days ago, past the 7-day limit, so I did not analyze it and did not change the Refresh queue. Need a fresh Search Console export. Performance > Search results, set the Date filter to Compare > Compare last 28 days to previous period, Export > Google Sheets, then move the file to SEO GEO/GSC exports. What is current: this morning's visibility run (08:00) shows the no-show guide still CITED on ChatGPT and Perplexity, so its AI citations have not decayed. That says nothing about its Google clicks. Reply 'run it' once the file is in the folder and I will start the check.

- Briefs every Thursday. Up to two CONTENT BRIEFs a week for P1 queries that have no page yet, saved to Google Drive with an answer-first opening, an outline, sourced facts and internal links.
- A monthly decay check. Reads your Search Console export, flags pages losing clicks, diagnoses why (ranking, CTR, demand, cannibalization, indexing or intent shift) and drafts a REFRESH PLAN for the top three.
- One tracker sheet. Queries, Visibility, Briefs and Refresh queue tabs in Google Drive, with the same columns the SEO/GEO Skill and Dot use.
- A setup file. The Bot profile, one paste-in message that saves 4 skills and 3 routines, plugin steps for Google Drive and Slack, and a safe test run with expected results.
