1. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. The marketplace

GetKits is a marketplace where sellers offer digital kits (Skills, Bots, Dots and Bundles) that work with third-party AI platforms. Official kits are published by GetKits. All other kits are created and sold by independent sellers, who are responsible for their kits. We review community kits before listing them but do not guarantee that any kit meets your needs.

3. Buying kits

Each kit is purchased individually. Payment is processed by Stripe. After payment you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the kit for your own work. You may not resell, redistribute or publish a kit’s files. A bundle licenses every kit inside it. Access to a kit may be removed if the purchase is refunded.

4. Membership

GetKits Pro is a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) that gives access to official kits while it is active. It renews automatically until cancelled in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Membership does not include community kits.

5. Selling kits

To sell, you create a seller profile, submit each kit for review and, once approved, pay a one-time listing fee of $10 per kit (including free kits; official kits are exempt). We keep 30% of each sale and pay the rest to you through Stripe Connect; you must complete Stripe’s onboarding to receive payouts. Refunded sales reverse the corresponding payout.

You confirm that, for every kit you list:

• you own it or have the right to sell it;
• it works as described and the demo is accurate;
• it does not contain malware, scripts that collect credentials or run remote code, or content that infringes others’ rights;
• it is a focused kit and not a bulk collection of unrelated prompts.

We may reject, unpublish or remove any kit at our discretion, for example for violating these Terms or the seller guidelines.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to break the law, abuse or disrupt the Service, attempt to access it without authorisation, share account access, or use it to distribute harmful content.

8. Intellectual property

Sellers keep ownership of their kits and grant GetKits the right to host, display, promote and deliver them to buyers. The Service and its original content remain our property.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service and all kits are provided “as is” without warranties. Kits depend on third-party AI platforms whose behaviour we do not control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetKits is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
